[MYLIFE] Lutein 20MG
Lutein and its close relative, zeaxanthin, are pigments called carotenoids that are related to beta-carotene and lycopene. It is not produced by the body, meaning it must be consumed through food or supplements. Lutein is a main component of macular of retina which controls vision. People over the age of 25 begin to dramatically lose the amount of lutein in their eyes and holds only about half of the lutein by the age of 60. Taking lutein supplements may keep the pigments density on macular and prevent the loss of central vision. It also protects eyes against ultraviolet (UV) radiation-induced retina damages.
For adults, take one (1) to two (2) capsules daily, preferably with meals.
